🗓️ Important: You have until June 11, 2025 to reserve at our group discount, so don’t delay! We have allocated a number of rooms to be blocked off, please book at your earliest convenience.
Hotel Room Policy:Rooms must be guaranteed with a valid Major credit card.
One night’s room rate + tax will be authorized 5 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made by 4:00 PM EST at least 5 days prior to avoid charges.
